The hardest thing to gain
The easiest to lose
One of the most respected traits
I consider myself trustworthy
A credible word.
Yet I was challenged
By someone who doesn't know me
By someone who doesn't want to know me
My word
My truths
My reputation
Challenged by a man who is said to be good
A man who is trusted by all
But one
The one who completley deterred me from something
That was once a great interest of mine
Maybe even a passion.
This man lied and accused wrongly.
He is a man who will hurt others,
Others too innocent to know
To this day his words disappoint me
Three years he affected my life
Prize day will hold my closure
Liar teacher
I graduate today.

My Poetry
Sterling Hall is the school I go to
My poetry anthology is not due
Mr. Coles is wacked in the head
If he thinks I'm climbling out of bed
To have a poetry break through

Mr. Coles
My Teacher named Luke,
Likes to think he's a Duke.
He will kick your butt at tennis,
Watch out, he's a homework menace.
